I have mild Crohn’s disease with diarrhea and stomach pain. I tried steroids and various other meds, but still couldn’t control the pain very well. The pains were starting to keep me up at nighttime, and so that’s what motivated me to look for alternatives. Working with Amenta is awesome!! Over the past month I’ve seen a significant reduction in my pain levels! And even better, I didn’t have to give up all my favorite foods. While I do exclude a few things, Christine helped me add some new foods back into my diet like dairy and soy that I had avoided for a long time.

The Gut Better program is intended to be completed in 8 weeks. However, it is self-paced, so if something comes up in your schedule, you will be able to complete it on your own time. You will have access to the content for up to one year.
The Gut Better Program includes 15 video modules, 13 of which are educational. You’ll also have access to a pdf version of the slides featured in the videos as well as the videos for one year. We provide you with 3 video recipe demonstrations so you can see us cooking in action. These feature some of our favorite kitchen tips and tricks.

Each week, you’ll be given access to video modules. Week one is the longest with about 30 minutes of viewing time. The remaining weeks will take less than 15 minutes to watch.
